SHIPPING POLICY
All of our shipping is brokered off to a local Trucking company. We ship to any location within the Atlantic provinces and can ship further if necessary. We offer free shipping on all orders within the Atlantic provinces.
Shipping is generally arranged within 1-3 days of order placement, however it could take longer. Once a shipping date has been confirmed we will reach out by email with the shipment information and an estimated time of delivery. Please ensure that your facility can accommodate the transport vehicle being sent to fulfill your order prior to order confirmation. For example a Dry van trailer can haul a maximum load of 540 standard sized pallets
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If dissatisfied by the quality of our pallets we encourage our customers to ship them back to us at their own expense, if so a full refund of the original order will be sent back to the customer with our sincerest apology.
We assure our customers that every pallet we send out has been sorted, graded or repaired and graded before leaving our yard to ensure our customers are receiving pallets of the quality of their order.
